Parkside 47 – Butlins Skegness
Our ABI Trieste has all the luxuries of home, and is just a few minutes walk from all the Butlins action. It has one double and two twin rooms, and a pull-out double sofa-bed for larger groups. With a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable lounge, we think Parkside 47 will be your family holiday happy place.
The caravan has free wifi, gas central heating and Double glazing, Large screen TV in the lounge, and also a TV in each bedroom. Shower room with WC, and separate WC.
There is a south-facing furnished decked area, and a separate patio area with table and benches to enjoy a meal or drink on those warm summer evenings.
The caravan also has DVD player, with DVD selection, PS2 with games selection, and Sky-Q (Bring your own card)
Dunes 31 – Butlins Skegness
Our 4 bedroom Willerby Linwood sleeps up to 10 guests.
Ideally located on the Dunes area of the caravan village, with large sunny aspect gated veranda with table & chairs to relax in the sunshine, plus a sunny aspect grass area with table bench.
The caravan has free wifi, gas central heating and Double glazing, Large screen TV in the lounge, and also a TV in each bedroom. Shower room with WC, and separate WC.

Retreat 13 – Butlins Skegness

Our GOLD+ 4 bedroom caravan (maximum 10 guests). Located on the peaceful Retreat area of the caravan village – just a few minutes walk to the main Butlins Complex.
Modern, light & bright Galley Kitchen, Dining area and Lounge. Furnished, gated veranda at the side, and small second enclosed veranda. Wrap around sofas, containing a small double bed for the larger family group, vaulted ceiling with spot lights & Electric Fire.
The caravan has free WiFi, gas central heating and Double glazing, Large screen Smart TV in the lounge, plus TV in master bedroom. Playstation & Games.
We are happy to accept a small dog in this caravan, providing it is crated whilst unaccompanied. Of course we would ask that care is taken to avoid leaving alone in warm weather. An additional charge applies.
Dunes 33 – Butlins Skegness

Our PLATINUM+ 2 bedroom caravan (maximum 6 guests) offers superb luxury. Located in a quiet Cul-de-sac on the Dunes area of the caravan village – just a few minutes walk to the main Butlins Complex.
Featuring a modern kitchen, dining area and lounge with all the extras you need to make a perfect holiday home from home. Furnished enclosed veranda at the front, and a furnished gated veranda at the side. Free standing sofas, containing a small double bed for the larger family group, vaulted ceiling with spot lights, Electric Fir and even Air conditioning for those hot Skegness summer days.
The caravan has complimentory WiFi, gas central heating and Double glazing, Large screen Smart TV in the lounge, plus TV in each bedroom. X-Box & Games.

- Changeover dates are normally Fridays and Mondays. Except 13 Retreat, changeover days are Saturdays only during school summer holidays.

- Select guest numbers (Adults are 15 years+, Children 2 -14, infants under 2 on the last day of your holiday)

Totals shown include refundable breakage deposit, wristbands for all guests and bed linen. A £100 deposit secures (non-refundable), and balance (including refundable breakage deposit) is due 8 weeks before your holiday.

Butlins Skegness Resort Access
Before you book, please check any restrictions for the dates of your holiday in the Butlins Skegness Special Breaks list here. Many weekends during March to June and September to November are private functions or adult only breaks.
Show Booking: Caravan guests are not able to book shows in advance, and must join the non-booked queue for "Centre Stage" and "Studio 36" venues. Whilst there is normally sufficient capacity, access to all shows cannot be guaranteed. No pre-booking is required for Reds, Swimming, Skyline, Fairground etc. Payable activities can be booked through the caravan reception. VIP passes, dining and drinks packages are not available for private caravan guests.
